Private House, Wandsworth

Gaining planning consent on Appeal, the project extended the existing house to infill space between the house and its neighbour.  The new extension at ground floor enlarged the existing kitchen to form a kitchen / dining room, a new study area, and hidden utility room.  Work at first floor included re-building part of the existing house to form a new bedroom and bathroom, whilst a new shower room was provided at second floor.  Also included other extensive refurbishment and redecoration throughout.
