South Heighton village hall needed existing doors and windows to be replaced. Located in a conservation area of Sussex, the Building Management Committee needed to gain Conservation Area Consent and Building Regulations approval.
Following successful involvement with the Ringmer Village Hall Management Committee, Turner & Hoskins were referred to the South Heighton Village Hall Management Committee to provide the necessary help.
With very particular requirements from the Conservation Officer for the design of the windows, Turner & Hoskins worked hard to meet these requirements within the budget and assist the Building Management Committee with general advice.
Planning permission was granted in July 2012 and works completed later the same year.
